HOW DOES IT WORK ?
PICK THE PRODUCT
On our website you can find pre-made customizable models so that you can place the order yourself as well as different customizable blanks for new custom projects. Please note that NO ADDITIONS can be made on pre-made designs.
If you can't find the blank you are looking for, please look at our product catalogs including over 1000 items and send-us your inquiry at info@customstudio.ca.
Upload your artwork
Once you choose your product, you need to upload your artwork. Some models only ask for font styles or text. Please follow instruction for the chosen model. If you do not include all necessary information this will delay your order. You can verify your design pre-production by selecting "verify my artwork" before adding to basket.
If you are sending a special inquiry via email, be sure to include the product, artwork, placement and dimensions you are looking for.
production and delivery
If a design was to be verified, it will be done in the the week following the order. Now all that there is to do is wait for your order !
We need 2 weeks of production time, if you placed an order already and need it prior, please contact-us to ask for express production and validate that it is possible. ($)
Once we start the process of your order, we can't refund as we work under demand. We order the blanks, digitize and produce your custom order for you entirely.
